Do I need to be home during the clean?

Most of our customers enjoy the convenience of not having to be at home while our team is there.  Over 75% of our customers provide us with a key to their home to ensure a hassle free clean

What time will Southern Clean Pros arrive at my home?

Our normal hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.  We do our best to accommodate your scheduling needs and provide an estimated window of arrival. However we cannot promise an exact time.

Do I need to provide supplies or equipment?

No, Southern Clean Pros will provide all professional cleaning products and
equipment.  However  if you have any special preferences please let our team know, we are happy to use a product you have on hand

How do I pay for my service?

Southern Clean Pros excepts Cash or Check left at the time of the clean. Credit or debit is also excepted, and is due the day of the  clean.  -We also offer an auto draft option for homes or businesses  with regularly scheduled service.

What do I do with my pets?

We love pets! As long as they are friendly, they are free to roam while we clean. Our technicians are trained to be very careful when bringing equipment in and out of your home so as not to let any furry friends out!

Who is doing the cleaning?

Our cleaning technicians are highly trained, & insured  In addition, because we are a small local business, each of our employees is personally vetted by the owner, background screened and drug tested. The safety and security of your home and belongings is our top priority.

Are there any long term contracts or commitments

Residential accounts do NOT require any long term contracts, Our recurring commercial services do require a contact.

Can you provide references or testimonials from previous clients?
