Jane was a wonderful communicator...very professional and friendly from the time I booked my cleaning appointment until the job was completed. The crew arrived when expected, worked hard, and did a great job. Thanks!

Southern Clean Pros restored my faith in trusting a cleaning company to do what I need done in a timely and thorough way. Months ago, I was in need to have my home that I did not live in deep cleaned. It required a thorough cleaning prior to having the interior painted. I went with a company someone recommended but only by means of hearsay. Not having any experience with cleaning companies, I agreed to an extremely high quote but was assured that was fair and I would be more than satisfied with the end result. Never have I ever been so disappointed. There were vital rooms such as the kitchen that were not even touched. The company insisted it would take days and neighbors told me there were days she did not even come. When she claimed it was finished I was appalled by what I saw. The painters then had to clean prior to painting which added to their timeframe for the job. Months later, after the painting and construction was completed, I needed to have someone come in and complete the final clean up . I did not know what to do. I didn't trust anyone. I found and was quite impressed with Southern Clean Pros Website. I requested a quote and was contacted the next day. I was so pleased with the reasonable cost and the willingness to accomodate me in a more than timely manner. GREAT Communication is truly one of their best assets. When I walked into the home after they were finished, I could hardly believe my eyes. Absolutely spic and span Clean all throughout. Beforehand every room of the house had remnants of proof that painters and workers had done their part..When Southern Clean Pros were finished, even that which the construction and paint crew did was highlighted all the more by what the Cleaning Crew did..The house was complete just as I dreamed it would be. Southern Cleaning Pros truly are responsible for The Beautiful Finishing Touch. I literally cried as I realized that there are really good companies that make promises become reality..AT A REASONABLE and FAIR Price ..Great Customer Service ALL AROUND..Thank you Southern Cleaning Pros!
