We love pets! As long as they are friendly, they are free to roam while we clean.
Our technicians are trained to be very careful when bringing equipment in and out of your home so as not to let any furry friends out!
If your pet is anxious around strangers or needs to be in a separate space, just let us know and we’ll note it on your account.
Our normal hours are Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm.
We do our best to accommodate your scheduling needs and provide an estimated window of arrival. If you need an ETA we recommend reaching out a day or two ahead of time and the office will provide that to you.
Our cleaning techs will also send an On My Way message when they are headed to your home.
Southern Clean Pros requires a 50% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit for all first-time and one-time cleans.
A credit or debit card is required to be on file for all services – please note there is a 3% surcharge on credit card transactions, which does not apply to debit cards or e-checks.
The final balance will be billed the day of your clean and you can view all invoices and payments through your online customer portal.
Please note e-checks cannot be used for the initial deposit.
We know schedules change, and we ask for as much notice as possible so our technicians can plan their day.
Cancellations 2 business days or less will incur a $50 cancellation fee. All same day cancellations will incur a $75 cancellation fee.
If we are able to get your home in the same week, we will do so when the schedule allows.
If you have to skip a clean there will be a 20% fee added to your next clean to allow for additional time for our technicians to handle your clean for the extended period of time that occurred in between your cleanings.
Example if you are a bi-weekly client and the rate is $150 your next cleaning would be a monthly clean and the price would be $180. Your next bi-weekly clean would return to your normal rate.
We do recommend starting out with a deep clean. Think of it as a reset that gives your home a clean slate so every visit after that stays consistent and thorough.
We do have 2 different options that we offer for initial cleans, depending on the condition of your home.

Yes, our team follows a structured cleaning system, but you can customize your experience by adding services like interior windows, inside fridge, laundry, dishes, blind washing, and more.
